Big year coming up for the Wildcats, and we want everyone to be apart of it!
Following a long 2024 season of no home games and a lot of training at guild we were finally able to open our brand new State of the Art facilities for the final 4 weeks of the season. A lot of changes happened to our old shed out the back of no where, we are now based out of brand new club rooms with a new canteen, bathrooms, and changerooms for umpires and players. The biggest change however was the change to the field, with it being spun 180 degrees and the infield being redone to be made entirely out of synthetic grass. Sadly we still don’t have lights, but one step at a time. A massive thank you to the Lara Sporting Club and City of Greater Geelong council for supporting us and building us this brand new field and clubrooms.
This year we want to invite everyone down to the field to give Baseball, T-Ball or competitive spectating a try, and grow to love the game that we all do. With programs to suit all people of ages and abilities, there has never been a better time to give baseball a try.
